Carnival day in first grade was epic! Everybody loved Carnival Day because we jumped in bouncy houses, ate ice-cream, and had a dance party. My favorite part of all was that there was NO SCHOOL WORK.
The first activity we did was the bouncy house. The bouncy house was amazing because I got to jump really high with all my friends. Another reason why it was amazing was because when I was jumping high it felt like I was in the clouds. Next, we did a Disco dance part with LED lights. This was my favorite event of the day because my dad chaperoned it. As a dance move, I did the chicken dance.
The last and final thing that we did was to eat ice cream. My friends and I all got this flavor that was sweet and sour. It had the colors of red, white and blue and the name of this popsicle was Bomb popsicle.
I look forward to the carnival every year because I get to do all of my favorite things in one day.
